Please read the terms of service before using and purchasing anything from the Cheeky Winx. Any submission of your personal information through Cheeky Winx is governed by our privacy policy. If you do not agree with these terms of service, then you must not access the website. We also have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
We may also change these terms of service at any time therefore it’s the user’s responsibility to check these terms of service for changes prior to use of the website.
   
Ordering and age limit
 By visiting the Cheeky Winx  website and purchasing anything from Cheeky Winx you are agreeing to the following terms of service and agreeing that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You are solely responsible for all the activities and purchases that occur under your credentials and / or account.
   
Products of Service 
Cheeky Winx reserves the right to change the prices of the products without any notice and we also reserve the right to discontinue any product anytime without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we modify or discontinue the website.
For all products on the Cheeky Winx website there are limited quantities and therefore we cannot guarantee that the product will be in stock when you have finalized checkout.
We will ensure that the Cheeky Winx website is kept up to date with trying to display the quantities as accurate as possible. If we do not have the product available when your checkout is finalized, we will not be liable. We will immediately send you an email regarding this situation and hello@cheekywinx.com.au will issue you a refund or put you on the waiting list for when the product next becomes available.
Cheeky Winx endeavours to display the products and other images on our site as accurately as possible. However, since we cannot control the capabilities and limitations of your monitor, we do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color, texture or detail of any actual merchandise will be accurate. Colors are not guaranteed. Due to colour variability in computer and screen monitors, we have no liability if colours of the products do not match their display on the site. The material between towels may differ and there may also be  minor ink splatters, sewing traces, blank spots present on the towels. 
We reserve the right to change and discontinue product at any time without notice to you. Cheeky Winx is also not responsible if any information on this website is not accurate and any reliance on the information provided by our website is at your own risk.
 
 Order changes
Cheeky Winx is not liable for the accuracy of your order and you agree to accept responsibility for double checking an order before it is finalised. We may be able to cancel an order if it is still being processed. For further queries please contact Cheeky Winx.
 
 Processing , Shipment costs and Delivery times
When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address and another email will be sent with the tracking number once the order is processed.
Allow up to 1-3 business days for processing of your order prior to dispatch except during sale periods there may be a delay in processing.
Please note that all orders received after 12pm AEST on a Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. While purchases made on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed the following business day. If you did not receive a confirmation or a tracking estimate email please email us at hello@cheekywinx.com.au. Please note* emails can be hiding in your junk folder.
 
Cheeky Winx does not take any responsibility for delays or items sent to incorrect addresses or items which are returned to the sender by these following reasons: incorrect address, failure to pay taxes or custom fees and if the package is unclaimed from the post office. If the package is returned to us it’s the customers responsibility to email Cheeky Winx at hello@cheekywinx.com.au to rearrange a redelivery and will be liable to pay for the postage costs. Cheeky Winx also does not take any responsibility for any damages or theft if the item is left unattended at your postal address.
Our warehouse is based in Brisbane, Australia so shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Returns
We offer exchanges or credit notes on non-monogrammed items within 14 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in original condition, unused with all original attachments, labels and tags intact otherwise it cannot be returned. Email us at hello@cheekywinx.com.au  and we will let you know the next steps.
 
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer when an exchange has been requested except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. 
We do not offer an exchange or refund on any monogrammed items. Cheeky Winx prides itself on providing products to our customers that are of the highest standard. We employ a very strict quality control process to ensure we are confident in the items dispatched.
 
In the event you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty or if you have received incorrect monogramming on your item. Please notify us of a fault within 14 days of delivery by providing a detailed description of the fault, along with pictures as proof via email to hello@cheekywinx.com.au  where we endeavor to respond within 48 hours to reach a satisfactory resolve and assist with your returns process. If a refund is requested once we receive your item, you will receive a full refund where it may take 5 -7 days for your funds to appear in your account. 
 
 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  
Emailing, Promotions and Discounts
Any promotions or discounts will be announced on all social media outlets and people signed up to the newsletter. If a discount code is valid, it’s the customers responsibility to apply this at the time of the purchase. Cheeky Winx takes no responsibility and is not liable to apply a discount code to an order once it has been finalised.
If an email address is provided to us, you are giving consent for Cheeky Winx to send promotional emails and electronic communications. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us at any time.
 
Accuracy of account information and billing
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up to date account information when finalizing an order or signing up to a newsletter on Cheeky Winx website.
 
Errors and inaccuracies
There may be information and material on our website relating to typographical errors, omissions in relation to product descriptions, availability, products, promotions, descriptions, pricing, offers, shipping charges and transit times which is an error or inaccurate. We apologize for such oversites and we reserve the right to correct these inaccuracies and errors at any time without notice.
Cheeky Winx attempts to display all the images and descriptions of the products on the website as accurately as possible but we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will display the same colour of accuracy. Taste Me is also not responsible if any information on this website is not accurate and any reliance on the information provided by our website is at your own risk.

Cheeky Winx may contain links to external websites of third parties. We do not take any responsibility for the privacy or security practices on other websites that you may be able to access through Taste Me. We do not warrant and will not have any liability for any third-party materials, products, or services they may offer.
 
User content and Feedback
In the event that you provide Cheeky Winx with creative ideas, suggestions or plans or other material whether it’s through email, online, mail or through our social media platforms. Then you agree that we can edit, copy, publish, distribute, publish and use any comments that you have forwarded to us. We can also use it through any social media site that Taste Me uses and it can also be used for any other marketing channels.
 
We are also under no obligation to pay any compensation for what you sent to us, including royalty related to the marketing. You are also solely responsible for any comments that you do make, and their accuracy and we take no responsibility or liability for any comments posted by you or a third party.
